Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
All purchases from SE Creations may show on your bank statement as Creative DIY Purpose, which is SE Creations' legal DBA.
If you have received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assess the issue.
If we approve your claim, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion—at no additional cost to you.
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or accidental orders. All purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed.

Important Shipping Information
Please allow adequate processing and shipping time as outlined in the product description, plus an additional 3–5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package has been accepted by the carrier. If you have not received your tracking information or are having trouble locating it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at SEcreationsbySofia@gmail.com — we're happy to help!
Shipping Damage Policy
Every order we ship is automatically insured. If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim.
Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damaged package and item(s) upon receipt, as the carrier will require this documentation to process your claim.
Once your claim is filed with the carrier, please notify us as well so we are aware of the situation. We are happy to provide any order or shipment details needed to support your claim.
Please note that shipping damage is outside of our control once the package has been handed off to the carrier. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding items damaged during transit, as each shipment is covered by insurance through the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
