These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SE Creations website and any purchases made through our store. SE Creations is a legally registered business operating under the DBA Creative DIY Purpose. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

"SE Creations / Creative DIY Purpose complies with applicable U.S. consumer product safety regulations and is registered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). All applicable safety warnings are included on product packaging and in product descriptions."

All Sales Are Final All purchases made through SE Creations / Creative DIY Purpose are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Dispute Resolution — Required Before Chargebacks Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, you are required to contact us directly to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed, and documentation of your agreement to these Terms at the time of purchase will be submitted as evidence.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility All orders shipped by SE Creations / Creative DIY Purpose are automatically insured. In the event of shipping damage, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim. We are not liable for damage that occurs during transit.

Order Accuracy We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or accidental orders. Please verify all information before completing checkout.

Policy Agreement By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Refund & Exchange Policy, and our Shipping Damage Policy.
